Functions
The Bowling Club's function room has played host to a number of different functions over the years. It has the capacity to seat a maximum of 120 guests. There is a small dance-floor and room for a small band, solo artist or DJ. Alternatively the club can arrange entertainment for you.
Bar service is available (no BYO) and a number of menus are on offer – either full dinner or finger foods. Decoration for your function can be arranged by the Club staff, or you can attend to this yourself. As you can see we are very flexible and always happy to discuss your particular needs.
A couple of points worth noting are that due to our location in a residential area, music must cease at 11.30 pm and the Liquor license ceases at 12.00.
Hire fees are very, very reasonable. Contact the Club now for further information regarding how we can help make your next function a stand out success.

BARBECUE AND BOWLS:
For that social, family, corporate or club function with a difference, why not try Ferntree Gully's Barbecue and Bowls catered function. After an hour or so of fun, frivolity, frustration and intrigue on the bowling rinks (bowls can be supplied) kick back and relax over a fine barbecue meal, with the option to cook yourself, or, for a small fee, we will provide a cook for you. Bar service is, of course available. The function is not available on Tuesday and Saturday afternoons during summer months due to Pennant commitments.
